From the Annihilation finale. This is the morally questionable team that gathers in shadows out of common interest in utilizing the power of Dark Chips and controlling the Undernet. Well, it's mostly their operators that are concerned about that. Flash and King are outright resentful about the association but are basically enslaved. Darklady was initially wary of her operator's lack of concern for her own well-being, but as she began to discover she was practically invincible and immune to the degradation of the other Dark Chip test subjects, now she's fine with going wherever the action is. Queen just wants to bend all to her will. All of them would prefer to betray/escape their operators given the means.

There are also the silhouettes representing Vengeance, the Children of Vengeance, and Mistman. They're also servants of Blackbelt but not important enough to be in the foreground. I just repurposed the art I made for them earlier. Official art in Mist's case.

Flashman is from Capcom's Mega Man Battle Network 3. Darklady and Kingman are modified versions of character designs from the same, and Queen Majesty is based on Kingman. Drawing by me.
